The Application & Development department employs 250 people and develops most of its own products in order to build digital services for our residents, visitors and business owners, optimize work processes in the municipality and drive Tel Aviv as the "Nonstop City" forward.

Galya has a BSC in Mathematic & Computer Science and an MBA from Derby University.
